1. Welcome to Playhouse Paradise! Your Adventure Awaits!

General Admission:

1. Supervision: Hey parents and caregivers, let's stick together! Kids need to have an adult buddy with them the whole time.
2. Age Limit: Our play paradise is created for kiddos aged 0-10 years. Make sure to respect age limits for specific zones or activities – let’s make it fun for everyone!
3. Socks Only: Keep those feet safe and clean! Shoes and bare feet are off-limits for hygiene reasons. 
4. Health and Safety: If you or your little ones are feeling under the weather (think fever, cough, runny nose), we kindly ask you to come back another day to keep everyone happy and healthy!

Food and Drink:

1. Enjoy some food and drinks from our cafe as long as you keep them in the designated snack zones. Just a reminder: no outside food or drinks allowed. 
2. Allergies: Good news! We’re a nut-free zone, so little ones with allergies can play safely!

Safety and Conduct:

1. Play Responsibly: Let's keep playtime safe and fun! Please avoid roughhousing, bullying, or any unsafe antics. If something gets broken due to inappropriate play, we might ask you to help replace it – let’s keep it nice for all!
2. Please remind your little ones not to throw or damage any toys
3. Facility Care:We love our play space! Help us keep it neat and intact! If you spot anything out of order, give us a shout!
4. Let’s keep the play zones tidy! All toys should stay where they belong. 
5. Strollers need a cozy spot at the front of the play center
6. Diaper changes? Head to our bathroom changing stations, please!
7. Personal Belongings: While you’re diving into fun, please keep an eye on your stuff – we can’t be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Capacity:

1. The baby section is a special spot for crawlers and new walkers only (ages 0-2)
2. To keep the fun going for everyone, please listen to staff about play area limits and activity capacity. We've got everyone’s safety and enjoyment in mind!

Bookings:

• Want to join the fun? Be sure to book your visit to Playhouse Paradise online and fill out those waivers in advance! This helps us keep everything smooth and ensures we have a spot just for you! 

Drop-in Visits:

1. We love spontaneous visits! Just remember to book ahead to check availability. We welcome drop-ins too, as long as we’re within our capacity limits!

Photography and Privacy:

1. Promotional Use: Lights, camera, action! We might snap photos or videos for promotional fun. By entering, you’re giving a thumbs up unless you say otherwise at the front desk.

Liability Waiver:

1. Before diving into adventure, all visitors need to sign a liability waiver to cover any risks associated with our awesome equipment and toys. Parents, please sign for your little adventurers too!

Enforcement: 

1. Our fabulous staff is here to ensure everyone has a great time! If rules aren’t being followed, we may ask you to leave so that everyone can continue to enjoy their playtime!

Get ready to party! Just a friendly heads-up: All pre-paid fees are non-refundable.

Note: If you make your pre-paid fee over the phone with your credit card, you’re giving Playhouse Paradise LLC the green light to charge your card for this fee and any other remaining balance, including reschedule or cancellation fees. No signature needed!
